Payment & delivery

Payments are processed by PayPal or Stripe at the time of ordering.  For PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the transaction, you do not need an account to pay via PayPal.  For Stripe, a pop up box allows you to add your card details.

NO Card details are sent to Just Sew Helen under any circumstances.

For all orders, payment must be received before an order is dispatched or before work is commenced on custom orders.

Despatch Times

Keepsake Bears & Cushions will be despatched within 28 working days.

If you require an order sooner please contact me before checkout and I will do my best to help.

Despatch timing will commence when I receive the cherished fabric from the customer, rahter than the order date.  Further details regarding sending your cherished fabrics can be found HERE.

Cherished Bears & Cushions - Posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery which will provide a tracking service and expected to be delivered the next day.

These services requires a signature on delivery.

Shipping is now limited to the United Kingdom.  I apologise for any inconvenience.

All items are carefully & securely packaged.

I am working towards eco friendly, recyclable packaging and only purchase paper based supplies.  However, I currently use filling that has been received with business orders and this may not be eco friendly.

Personalised/custom items can only be accepted for return/refund if the item is faulty.

You will receive a full refund via the original payment method if you change your mind within 48 hours of placing your order or within 14 days from when you receive your order, and it is returned to me in it it's original condition & packaging.

The customer is responsible for return delivery costs.
