Payment & delivery

payment
Payments are processed by PayPal or Stripe at the time of ordering. For PayPal you will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the transaction, you do not need an account to pay via PayPal. For Stripe, a pop up box allows you to add your card details.
NO Card details are sent to Just Sew Helen under any circumstances.
For all orders, payment must be received before an order is dispatched or before work is commenced on custom orders.

Delivery
Despatch Times
Items from stock are despatched within 5 working days of receipt of payment.
Custom & Personalised Orders despatched within 21 - 28 working days.
If you require an order sooner please contact me before checkout and I will do my best to help.
Work on orders using customer fabrics will commence when I receive the fabric from the customer. Further details regarding sending your cherished fabrics can be found HERE.

united kingdom delivery
Standard items - Posted using Royal Mail Signed For 2nd class & expected to be delivered within 2 - 3 working days.
Cherished fabric items - Posted using Royal Mail Tracked 48 which will provide a tracking service and expected to be delivered within 2 - 3 working days.
These services requires a signature on delivery.

international delivery
All International orders will be posted Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed (cost dependent on volume & weight)
Expected delivery time for Europe is 3 - 5 working days & Worldwide is within 5 - 7 days.

packaging
All items are carefully & securely packaged.
I am working towards eco friendly, recyclable packaging and only purchase paper based supplies. However, I currently use filling that has been received with business orders and this may not be eco friendly.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
I hope you will be pleased with your order but if you are not completely satisfied please contact me as soon as possible to discuss how I can help resolve your concerns.
Personalised/custom items can only be accepted for return/refund if the item is faulty.
You will receive a full refund via the original payment method if you change your mind within 48 hours of placing your order or within 14 days from when you receive your order, and it is returned to me in it it's original condition & packaging.
The customer is responsible for return delivery costs.
