If you choose to pay via credit card, PayPal & Switch are secure systems which means that Just SewHelen does not receive your credit card or bank account details - just a list of the items you have purchased and the delivery address. PayPal accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express (except corporate cards), Switch/Solo, Visa Electron. The default payment methods are PayPal & Switch, however, if you wish to pay by any other method, please contact me via the Contact Form and I will send an invoice by return email.
If you require an invoice for accounting purposes, you should use your Paypal receipt.

I cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post or missing deliveries where the incorrect address is given on the order. I cannot guarantee to check mails between receipt of order and despatch - it is therefore the customers' responsiblity to ensure that the address on the order is correct.
I cannot be held responsible for deliveries which are not delivered within the expected time frame due to external issues such as customs control, or administrative processes. When the parcel is deemed 'lost' after 28 working days, I will replace the goods free of charge. Cherished items are sent tracked.
Proof of postage, receipts and a photographic record of packaged items is retained for every order in the event of a claim against Royal Mail or Parcel Force.

The customer is responsible for all customs and duties to be paid upon receiving goods in countries where import duties are applied. Please check your countries rules on importing before ordering from Just Sew Helen. Where customs fees are refused by the recipient, return charges will be invoiced to the customer.
